The DSA Access Manual shows an image of an accessible drinking fountain. The clear space is listed as 32" between cane detectable rails. What if you have a high/low fixture? Is 32" clear enough? I spoke to Scott Davison to gain some clarification. He said that the 30" x 48" clear space (in plan) should be centered on the accessible drinking fountain.
